First - initially

defeat HAMAS into oblivion.

Change HAMAS to accept the outcome endorsed by the UN or America (like Japan / German after WW2)

Push all Gazans to Sinai Egypt*¹.

Turn Gaza into new Israeli Settlement and part of Israel.

(Doesn't seem to work or acceptable, Egypt says no to*¹, despite monetary incentives from IMF).

Flattened Gaza

Rule Gaza - under military rule or hand over FATAH (PA Authority) 

Have Saudi or UAE finance Gaza redevelopment*²
